AZ AUDIT: Katie Hobbs accuses reporters at GatewayPundit of being part of a plot to assassinate her
Updated: May 10
AZ Sec of State Katie Hobbs accuses investigative reporters at GatewayPundit of being part of a plot to assassinate her.
Hobbs said, "Earlier today a man called my office saying I deserve to die and wanting to know 'what she is wearing so she’ll be easy to get,'" she wrote Thursday. "It was one of at least three such threats today. Then a man who I’ve never seen before chased me and my staffer outside of our office."
Was the man 'chasing her' a reporter? Funny, with all of the comprehensive coverage about this audit by the Gateway Pundit, this story was not mentioned. I know that there were reports from GP on the ground in AZ. Was this alleged unknown man a reporter?
This is the latest article about the AZ audit from GP: “Why Are You Working So Hard to Shut the Audit Down? What Are You Hiding” – TGP Reporter Confronts AZ Secretary of State Katie Hobbs — Katie Hobbs Runs! (VIDEO) This was from Thursday - the day Hobbs says she was 'chased' outside her office....
The timing of these 'Death Threats' always seems to coincide with turning up the heat on Dem accountability. Ever notice that? I don't buy it.
One curious audio clip I heard of Hobbs talking about the situation contains a statement that fails to appear in any of the articles I have seen about this story. That is probably because it reveals quite a lot about how this audit is being viewed by Hobbs: Hobbs said something along the lines of - the scrutiny surrounding this audit is undermining people's faith in the election results.?! - Interesting statement considering that the purpose of the audit is supposed to support voters' faith in the 'election process...' BECAUSE people do not have faith in the election results. Hobbs does not appear to understand the purpose of the audit.
I heard the audio of her direct quote on live radio and cannot provide a direct link to her comments, however I am certain of her choice of words on the matter. And her words reveal a lot.
